River Region Runners invite you to join them for Montgomery’s longest standing competitive running event, the 46th Annual Jubilee Run on Saturday, May 17, 2025! There’s an 8K and the Peggy Lanier Memorial 2-Mile! The start and finish line are at Old Alabama Town in the downtown Montgomery area on Columbus Street.
This year’s event will once again be raising money to support the Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches! The mission of the Ranches is to provide Christian, family-style residential homes for Alabama’s at-risk children and youth in an atmosphere where they may grow spiritually and physically into productive, responsible, and happy adults. After the races, stick around for the post party with refreshments and snacks. Plus, the awards presentation for the top finishers and lots of door prizes!

Packet pickup is Friday, May 16, 3PM-6PM at Old Alabama Town (301 Columbus Street) and on race day (Saturday, May 17) from 6AM-7:15AM. Event will take place rain or shine.
