All of us at I-92 WLWI love our pets, and know so many loving dogs and cats at the Humane Society of Elmore County would love to have their forever home with a loving family. That’s why we’re stepping up to create awareness with the Pet of the Week campaign.
Here’s our latest Pet of the Week! The shelter shares, “Jaimie is a six-month-old Terrier mix that came to us as one of a muti-dog intake. She is a small gal, only about 25 lbs so should be in the 30-35 lb range when fully grown. Great with other dogs, bouncy, talkative little gal – had a very high pitched bark when she wants attention. Playful and wants to be a part of a loving family.”
The adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
