All of us at I-92 WLWI love our pets, and know so many loving dogs and cats at the Humane Society of Elmore County would love to have their forever home with a loving family. That’s why we’re stepping up to create awareness with the Pet of the Week campaign.
Here’s our latest Pet of the Week! The shelter shares, “Hadley is six-years old female Lab mix, about 60 lbs. She was adopted from us and was very loved but came back when a family member developed allergies. Hadley is the perfect lady – good with children, dogs and cats. She is house and crate-trained. Knows sit and down commands, laid back and just wants to be with her family. Please help us get this lovely lady out of our kennels and into a loving home.”
The adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
