Theses days, actor John Krasinski (of The Office and Jack Ryan fame) is hosting a show called, Some Good News (SGN). It’s what you think it is, an outlet for the good that is happening during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During SGN episode 3, John and David Ortiz surprise five nurses from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston with tickets for life and an immediate trip to Fenway Park (home of the Red Sox) to throw out the first pitch for 2020. At the ballpark, the nurses are thanked on the big screen by various Red Sox baseball players and local government officials. The nurses soon find out, AT&T is offering them 3 months of FREE service on their FirstNet network. It’s an offer which has been expanded to include frontline health care workers nationwide.
