This is it, Lynyrd Skynyrd is hitting the road one last time on a Farewell Tour with a show planned just outside of Birmingham at Oak Mountain Amphitheatre.

Here’s our final shot at seeing this legendary southern rock band the unofficial anthem for our state when the crank up “Sweet Home Alabama.” Oh, just think of those concert goers who always yell out “play Free Bird” when any band imaginable comes out for a show encore. Rejoice “Free Bird” lovers, this is the show for you! One more time, it will be totally acceptable to yell loud and proud your favorite song to request at a live show.

Not only will you get to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Lynyrd Skynyrd play, lots of surprise friends will be showing up at shows all along the tour. A few of the names being mentioned are Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr., and Bad Company.
